Why Template Design Saves Hours
Starting from a blank canvas every time is slow. A good template gives you the right canvas size, consistent fonts, and a colour palette that already works — so you only need to swap out text and images.
Step 1 — Choose an Instagram Template
Go to CapybaraLand Instagram Templates and filter by style or format:
- Square post (1080 × 1080)
- Portrait post (1080 × 1350)
- Carousel slide (1080 × 1080)
- Story (1080 × 1920)
Step 2 — Set Up Your Brand Colours
Consistent colours are the fastest way to build brand recognition. In CapybaraLand, open Brand Kit in the left sidebar and add your primary, secondary, and accent colours. They will be available in every design.
Text Hierarchy — The 3-Level Rule
Every good Instagram post has three levels of text:
- Headline (large): The hook — what stops the scroll. Example: "5 Free CV Templates"
- Subheading (medium): The promise. Example: "Download in one click — no sign-up"

Colour Palette Tips

Step 4 — Branding Tips
- Add your logo to a corner — keep it small (not more than 10% of the design).
- Use the same font pairing in every post (one heading font + one body font).
- Add your handle (@yourname) in small text at the bottom.
Step 5 — Export at the Right Size
Click Export → PNG, select 1× for normal or 2× for retina quality, and download. Instagram compresses uploads, so always start with the highest quality possible.
